OUR NEW HOME1

It has been a month since we have moved to our new home at the 3rd floor of the Builder's Center. Just as we have anticipated, we all resemble the well known energizer bunny full of life and active throughout the day. Our new office just seems to have that vibe, maybe it's the combination of colors and materials around us. The perfect combination of blue, maroon, gray and white on our walls, carpet, ceiling and furniture gives off the feel of a very productive office. The interaction that our staff has with every client now cannot be undermined, having our reception/operations area right smack in the middle has made that possible. Our staff is more accessible to our clients, wherever part of the office they may be. Our clients, in fact, can’t help but notice how we have all been livelier and on the go!  

To the left of our reception area would be the 3 enclosed rooms that are being used by our clients as private offices, in the few weeks from the time we have moved in they have made it their own. The responses we have received about these rooms are very encouraging!  As of this writing we already have people lined up to avail of one of those rooms as soon as it is free. Danny, a financial adviser, was even persistent enough to suggest that we turn the Lounge area into a private office so he can have his office with us.

Oh yes!  How can we not mention the Lounge, we do have our Lounge area available for our clients too. It has been designed to accommodate clients as they wait for their next meeting or simply a place to relax and review their day. Who knows, the lounge may also serve as an impromptu mixer or networking place.

Should our clients need a more intimate area to hold meetings; next to the Lounge would be 3 single meeting rooms that could accommodate 4-5 people. The meeting rooms are separated by “collapsibles”, so if there’s a need to hold a meeting for 12 all that needs to be done is to make that reservation with any of our staff.


We had a quick chat around the office today and decided to ask this random question, what do you like most about our new office? Here are some of the answers:

They say, “Home is where the heart is”. MyOffice has found its home, our heart is right here, at the 3rd floor of the Builder’s Center Building, Salcedo St. Legaspi Village, Makati.

 


There’s simply more room now for your business needs and if having a workstation devoted to your business is what you need, we currently have 9 workstations strategically placed to the right side of our Operations area for better assistance throughout your day.
