A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MYOFFICE CLIENT1

Things To Do Today:

5:30 AM: Prepare and have breakfast with the kids
6:30 AM: Take Kids to school
7:00 – 11:30 AM: Work
LUNCH with HS friends
1:00 – 4:00 PM: Work

That is how my schedule looks like in general, every week day. After my mommy duties, I start to put on my entrepreneurs hat by checking my email to set the day. Thank heavens for my “to-do” list that I can access through my laptop or Smartphone, I am confident that daily tasks will be accomplished and I will always Remember the Milk, so to speak. Today as I checked my email, I saw that MyOffice has set an appointment for me and sent me a Gmail Calendar invite. Woohoo! I feel really fortunate with the Telephone Answering/Message Taking service that I have withMyOffice, meeting with clients for my events management business is easy.

Now I shall start ticking off items from my list of things to do so I can have quality time with high school friends for lunch, or so I thought! My phone rings on my way to an ocular inspection for a graduation ball that I am organizing, someone has called my work number to inquire about the promo that we announced through our MyOffice Connect prompt. You should hear the customized greeting that came with the package that I acquired, call this childish but the sense of fulfillment I get when I hear the recording is crazy!  

“Thank you for calling Santini Events Management, Inc.  For accounts management, press 1. For Events Management, press 2. For other concerns, press 3. To speak to an operator, press 0”

Going back to my day, I actually take this call and entertain a potential client.

Geez, how time flies! Sometimes I wish there are more hours in a day. I am now on my way to my lunch date in Makati! I can’t wait to chat and catch up with the girls. So, we’re sitting at this café, enjoying our salads and pasta when I receive an SMS Alert from MyOffice. Remember the potential client I spoke with right before lunch? We closed the deal and according to MyOffice receptionist, the client has faxed us the signed document and it has already been forwarded to my email address as I have requested. Technology these days really help us be more productive, I review this email document using my Smartphone and I replied to this email address with a bit more instructions for the staff at MyOffice. Lunch is always a pleasure when you have it with good friends, even better when you can be efficient with your business dealings while having that bonding time :)

It’s now almost 3:00 pm and I left Makati to pick up my kids, I get one more business text and this time it is about a caller inquiring about our services.  I am really glad that the staff would check with me for clarification, they really ensure that only accurate information is provided to my clients. It has been a busy day and I really look forward to spending time with the kids and hear about their day in school. :)

Before my day ends, I turn on my laptop and check for new emails and log on to my MyOffice portal to check my correspondences log. (I can’t believe how many times I have mentioned MyOffice in my day; they have really become an integral part of my “2 worlds”, home and being an entrepreneur.) I check the list of my messages and send out my last request for the day, I just remembered that I need to reserve a meeting room with them for my 10:00 am meeting with my new client tomorrow. Now I can sleep soundly :)
