What is a Virtual Office?
Technically speaking, it is a form of subcontracting and subleasing. You will have the opportunity to use MY OFFICE facilities and support services without the need to be physically present in the office premises all the time. You may also have the option of renting anywhere from a single desk space to a group of offices within MY OFFICE space sharing common reception, meeting room, pantry and other amenities.
What is the difference between a Virtual Office and a Business Centre?
A Business Centre provides the 'physical' amenities and services of an office. Those who would require an office for the day would go to a business center so they would have access to facilities like work desks, fax machines, computers, etc. A Virtual Office is also a business center but with the additional features of a 'long-distance' office. One need not be physically present in the office but would still have access to its facilities and support services through modern technology, such us, telecommunication equipments, computers and the internet.

Can I pre-terminate a contract?
The deposit that is applied on the contract shall be forfeited in case of pre-termination.
Can I receive message notification via SMS even if I am out of the country?
Yes, but only to those countries that have interconnection with our local mobile service carriers. The corresponding rates for international SMS service shall apply.
What is the minimum length of contract for your business packages?
The minimum contract for all our packages is 3 months but other arrangements may be made to meet special requirements.
Is there a deposit required for any of the business packages?
Yes, we require deposits for all of our business packages.
Can we rent Mail Boxes/Lockers only?
Yes, you may only rent mailboxes for a minimum of 3 months. A deposit will be required.
Can I send a representative over to use your facilities on my behalf?
Yes, as long as he/she has a written authorization from you.
Can I bring my own office equipment, such as a computer or printer?
If you are using our cubicles/workstations under the Full-Service Business Option, you will be allowed to bring your own office equipment, provided, we are properly advised beforehand. You may also have the option of bringing your own laptop if you would lease our basic workstations on an hourly basis.
Do you accept parcels?
Yes. We accept parcels from our postal services and courier companies such as LBC, U.P.S., D.H.L., etc. However, please note that we prefer not to handle packages weighing over 4 pounds. Parcels should also contain documents only.
What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Mondays thru Fridays, and 8:00am to 12:00nn on Saturdays.
